 Weight loss slowed down a bit. i'm 227 right now. I didn't get my shot this week, I accidentally slept in and when I woke up I just didn't feel like going. W/e. 
229? My scale is screwy so that might be wrong.  I have my period right now, and I always feel really weak and tired for some reason when I do. I only managed 10 minutes on the elliptical today but I do work for 8 1/2 hours, and since I stand the whole time I'm not too worried. I also haven't eaten much today. I have no food for one, and when I get my period I just don't eat much because my cramps are so bad I throw up sometimes.

Tomorrow I'll be walking around all day at the philadelphia art museum so theres more calories I'll be burning.

Only ate 500 calories so far today, and I'll probably eat another 500 or so on break.

When I get to 225 I'll have lost 20 pounds! I'm finally doing it again, woohoo!

Mar. 2nd, 2009

On the 28th I only worked out for 30 minutes on the elliptical but I walked for about an hour, and also played dance dance revolution for an hour. Yesterday I didnt work out. I worked all day. I stand the whole time at my job so I probably lost some calories.

So far today I've only worked out for 20 minutes but I'm gonna do 20 more minutes later today. Can't really go walking today, theres a foot of snow outside :(

I was at 233.6 this morning. I really hope I am holding onto water right now because I'm getting my period soon because if not, I haven't lost ANY weight this week >.<
Worked out for 50 minutes. Says I burned 740 calories.

I was 235 this morning :'(

But much better then I had expected to be honest.

Anywho, the elliptical came yesterday so Alan and I put it together. Thats why we went out to eat last night. I wanted to treat him for putting it together. We went to the olive garden. I ate some salad, 3 bread sticks... and 2/3's of a chicken parm. I didn't eat any of the pasta that comes with it though. I think If I hadn't eaten the bread sticks I would have been fine. Buuuutttt I'll just say last night was my cheat night for the week.

I just got done with my first workout on the elliptical and oh my god it kicked my ass! That thing has some serious resistance. I love it.

Now last weigh in I had lost 7 pounds and I'm guessing most of that was water. I don't think I'll lose much this week because I think I am getting my period. Yesterday I seriously drank about 100 ounces of water and I only peed about... 3 times? And it wasn't a lot of pee. I feel PMSY too, cranky. This is exciting for me though. Why, you ask? Because after this period I can start birth control!!! I haven't had birth control for 3 years now and my periods have been getting more crappy each time. With the pill hopefully the cramps and flow won't be that bad so I can still work out.

Ugggggghhh I was 233.6 this morning and now I am 241???? I think I'm getting my period soon, thats all i can think of....


I just wanted to comment on how AWESOME my skin is right now. It's usually very dry and flaky. I have the 94+ ounces of water a day to thanks for this I think. Maaaannnn no flakes on my face... Its soo nice.

Ugh I hate how inaccurate my scale is. But anyhow this morning when I weighed myself it said 234? that just seems weird to me because I was 236 yesterday. Well I go in for my shot today so we'll see what their scale says. There scale usually reads a few pounds lighter then mine too. With clothes on.

Tomorrow the elliptical comes in!!! You have no idea how exciting this is for me. It's exciting for a few reasons.
1. I'm finally on a higher dose of the thyroid medicine and I feel like working out on that will kick my metabolism back into gear.
2. I'm afraid of gyms so now it's like I have my own little private gym (thats all id do at the gym anyway)
3. Working out 4-6 days a week will probably get me to lose around 3-4 pounds a week with these shots I'm getting.
4. I love ellipticals!

I was afraid last night my weight would be disappointing this morning because I went to a friends house last night and I had some vodka and ate some snacks. But I guess when I think about it, it wasn't much.


Their scale says im 231 :O I'm almost in the 220's again! At last weeks appointment I was 5 pounds heavier then the week before because 3 days before my appointment I threw a party and drank way too much... and ate like shit the day after. So I lost those 5 pounds plus 2 more! I'm so excited about that.

Right now I am cooking up some rice for lunch and I'm boiling 2 eggs for my salad I'll eat before work. Man I'm feeling so good right now. I'm finally losing the weight I gained back. OOOOh snaaaap

Yesterday I ate alright. Bad foods but not a large amount of calories.  Could have eaten better but Alan (boy friend) and I went out to celebrate. We're buying a house!

I skipped breakfast yesterday, and probably always will because I have an early class and i'd rather sleep an extra 30 minutes then being able to take my medicine, wait 30 mins, then eat breakfast. Anyway I had some chicken ceaser salad, with honey mustard which was around 400 calories. Had a soft pretzel 400 calories. then had a slice of pizza.... (worst choice of the day).

Alan and I had chinese for dinner, but I got beef and broc. but i only ate 1/3 of it and saved the rest for lunch today.
I was 236 this morning. Getting my elliptical this thursday!!! Woohoo!

I tried to join 100pounds2lose and they rejected me :/ I'm pretty sure I need to lose 100 pounds so what the fuck?

Whatever, I was in that group before and all it is is people complaining that they fell off the wagon and gained all their weight back and cry.

So far I've had 800 calories to eat. I leave for work in 5 minutes and I stand the whole time so I'll burn some calories that way. I've been keeping on top of my water intake. I have a six flags 32oz bottle that I fill up and drink from out of a straw, that makes this whole 94oz thing a bit easier. I've had 3 bottles of that so far so I'm on target with water.

I think once I get this elliptical this week I'll be losing 3-4 pounds a week. I am so motivated right now to keep this up. It's not even that hard. If I know I am going out for dinner, for the day I just eat a little now. Instead I'd eat normal then go and splurge on applebees. Anywho I gotta leave for week.
